Lead Capture Exhibitor Checklist

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to select customers.  If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information.  If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal.
  2. Learn about Lead Capture Mobile App licenses.
  3. View and manage your licenses and activation code.
  4. Add custom tags and questions.
  5. Familiarize yourself with the scan and lead data reports.
  6. Approximately 1 week prior to the event, send booth staff a Know-Before-You-Go (KBYG) using the email template.
