Purchasing Licenses

If configured by the event organizer, booth admins can purchase licenses for the Lead Capture Mobile App in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. Follow the steps below to purchase licenses:

  1. Select the Purchase License button 
  2. Review the license pricing grid 
  3. Enter the number of licenses you would like to purchase in the License Quantity field

  4. Select the Proceed to Checkout button to review your order summary 
  5. Complete the payment form with your billing information 
  6. Select the Submit button to complete your purchase 
  7. Upon completion:
    • An order confirmation email will be sent. If you entered a different billing email, that address will also receive a copy 
    • You can download a copy of your receipt from the Receipts page and view license details on the Licenses page (allow a few minutes for processing - refresh the page if needed)

NOTE

By default, the exhibitor portal is configured for exhibitors using the Lead Capture Mobile App. Exhibitors wishing to use the Developer Kit must contact the event organizer to confirm that it's available for the event. If yes, the event organizer can update the booth's Lead Capture type. Once updated, the exhibitor must log out and back in for the change to be reflected in the exhibitor portal. If opting to use the Developer Kit, reference the Developer Kit Guide for guidance.
