LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to only certain customers at this time. If you are a Cadmium customer interested in using Lead Capture, please engage with your Account Manager or Project Manager to determine feasibility. If you are an exhibitor, contact your event organizer to determine the Lead Capture options for your event.
If the sales features are included in your contract, the event organizer can configure pricing settings for selling licenses and, optionally, the Developer Kit. Navigate to the Pricing tab on the Settings page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This information is required for exhibitors to make purchases. If these settings are not configured, the booth admin will see a 'Purchasing Unavailable' banner in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal.
Time Zone
Each pricing tier expires at 11:59 p.m. in the selected time zone on the chosen date. This time zone is displayed beneath the pricing grid in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal.
The time zone is used when validating purchases. Exhibitors have a 15-minute grace period after starting a transaction to retain their current pricing tier rate. If the transaction isn't completed within 15 minutes, the cart will expire automatically. The exhibitor will then be redirected to the pricing grid with an alert message and must restart the process. If their original pricing tier has expired, they will be charged the current tier rate.
By default, the time zone reflects the event time zone set in myCadmium. For more details, review this article.
Pricing
Configure flexible pricing structures for Lead Capture using tiered pricing grids. You can create separate pricing for licenses and the Developer Kit.
Booth admins see either the License Pricing Grid OR the Developer Kit Pricing Grid in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal, based on the 'Type' assigned to their booth in the Summary table.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Tiers with expiration dates in the past will be hidden from booth admins in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. The event organizer can manually process payments using expired pricing tier rates through the Lead Capture Admin Portal when needed.

Removing a Pricing Tier
Removing a pricing tier hides it in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portalthe exhibitor portal and prevents exhibitors from selecting it for new purchases. However, any purchases previously made using that tier remain unaffected and will still appear in reports. Note, removing a pricing tier cannot be undone.
- Select the Remove link in the tier header of the pricing grid.
- Select the Remove button to confirm.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Pricing tiers cannot be edited once created because they are tied to financial transactions. To modify a tier, you must remove the existing one and create a new tier with the updated information.
