Purchasing Licenses

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to only certain customers at this time. If you are a Cadmium customer interested in using Lead Capture, please engage with your Account Manager or Project Manager to determine feasibility. If you are an exhibitor, contact your event organizer to determine the Lead Capture options for your event.

When purchasing is enabled by the event organizer, the exhibitor will see options to purchase either licenses or a Developer Kit in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. Your purchasing experience will be customized to match your Lead Capture type. If you're seeing the wrong purchasing options, please contact the event organizer for assistance.

Purchasing Licenses

If your booth is configured to purchase licenses, follow these steps:

Select the Purchase License button
Review the license pricing grid
Enter the number of licenses you would like to purchase in the License Quantity field

Select the Proceed to Checkout button to review your order summary
- The system automatically applies pricing based on whether you have existing licenses and the current pricing tier
Complete the payment form with your billing information
Select the Submit button to complete your purchase
Upon completion:
- An order confirmation email will be sent. If you entered a different billing email, that address will also receive a copy
- You can download a copy of your receipt from the Receipts page and view license details on the Licenses page (allow a few minutes for processing - refresh the page if needed)
