Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
Exhibitor Portal Overview
The Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal allows exhibitors to manage all aspects of Lead Capture for their booth. By default, the portal is configured for exhibitors using the Lead Capture Mobile App. Exhibitors wishing to use the Developer Kit API must contact the event organizer to confirm that it's available for the event. If yes, the event organizer can update the booth's Lead Capture type. Once updated, it may take a few minutes for the change to take effect and the exhibitor must log out and back in for the change to be reflected.
If using the Lead Capture Mobile App, exhibitors can:
- Purchase Lead Capture Mobile App licenses
- View and manage their licenses
- Obtain the booth's unique activation code to share with booth staff
- Configure custom tags and questions
- Download lead and scan data reports
If using the Developer Kit API, exhibitors can:
- Purchase access to the Developer Kit API
- Obtain the booth's unique API Key and API documentation to share with their third-party developer
Accessing the Exhibitor Portal
The event organizer will provide the exhibitor Booth Admin with a unique link (per booth) to log in to the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. The Booth Admin will be prompted to authenticate via Cadmium's identity management system. For login instructions, read this article.
NOTE
Booth Admin profile information is managed by the event organizer. If an exhibitor needs to edit their profile, they should contact the event organizer. It may take a few minutes for the change to take effect.
