The Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal allows booth admins to manage all aspects of Lead Capture for their booth.
Lead Capture Mobile App
In the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal, booth admins can:
- Purchase Lead Capture Mobile App licenses
- View and manage licenses
- Add custom tags and questions
- Obtain the booth's unique activation code to share with booth staff
- Download lead and scan data reports
Developer Kit
By default, the exhibitor portal is configured for exhibitors using the Lead Capture Mobile App. Exhibitors wishing to use the Developer Kit must contact the event organizer to confirm that it's available for the event. If yes, the event organizer can update the booth's Lead Capture type. Once updated, the exhibitor must log out and back in for the change to be reflected in the exhibitor portal. If opting to use the Developer Kit, reference the Developer Kit Guide for guidance.
In the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal, booth admins can:
- Purchase access to the Developer Kit API
- Obtain the booth's unique API Key and API documentation to share with their third-party developer
The event organizer will also provide event-specific test accounts for your developer to test the connection between your third-party lead retrieval software and the API.
Accessing the Exhibitor Portal
The event organizer will provide the exhibitor booth admin with a unique link (per booth) to log in to the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. The booth admin will be prompted to authenticate.
