LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
On the Licenses page in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal, you can obtain your booth's unique activation code, view available licenses, and track which licenses have been activated by booth staff.
Licenses Page
A banner will display at the top of the page that provides the booth's unique activation code and the number of licenses available.
All licenses associated with a booth will display in the table. The table includes the following columns:
- License ID: Unique identifier for troubleshooting
- App User: Name and email of the person who activated the license
- Activation Timestamp: Date and time of activation (displays in the event time zone)
- Activation Status: Shows whether the license is Activated or Not Activated. By default, all licenses will display as Not Activated until a booth staff person activates the license
Sharing the Activation Code with Booth Staff
The activation code displayed on the Licenses page is what your booth staff will need to activate the app on their devices. Each activation assigns a license to the device and user and cannot be cancelled or transferred. It's important to share the code only when your booth staff are ready to use the app. To learn more about licenses, read this article.
Prior to sharing the activation code with booth staff, familiarize yourself with the Lead Capture Mobile App experience.
To share the activation code, copy it from the banner by clicking the copy icon next to the code and send it to booth staff using this email template.
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
Do not send the activation code to booth staff more than one week prior to the event start date. Once activated, a license is assigned to the device and user and cannot be cancelled or transferred.
