The following email template can be used to share final reminders and onsite instructions for Lead Capture. It is intended as a starting point and should be customized to fit the details, tone, and requirements of your event.

The suggested send date for this email is one (1) week before the event start date.

Thank you for supporting {{EventName}} in [add location] on {{EventStartDateShort}} - {{EventEndDateShort}}. We are excited to partner with Cadmium event technology to offer the Eventscribe Lead Capture mobile app for this event.
To access the Lead Capture Portal, use your unique login URL for {{CompanyName}} – Booth {{BoothNumber}}: {{ExhibitorLoginURL}}
*If your organization has more than one booth, each will have a unique URL.
Log in to the Lead Capture Portal to:
- Obtain your booth's unique license activation code and license details
- Purchase additional licenses
- Download receipts
- Add custom tags and questions
- Access lead and scan data reports
Please share the following onsite instructions with booth staff a few days before the event starts, once your onsite staff list is finalized. Once activated, a license cannot be transferred to another person or cancelled.
- Download the Eventscribe Lead Capture mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Enter your email address and create an account if prompted. Review this article for guidance.
- Enter our booth's unique activation code [add your booth's activation code] to activate a license.
- Our booth has a total of [add your booth's license quantity] licenses
- Add custom instructions
- Scan the QR code on an attendee's badge to start capturing leads!

- Important Details:
- Each license can be activated on one device and cannot be shared between devices.
- Once activated, a license cannot be transferred to another user or cancelled.
- Data saves automatically to your device whether you're online or offline.
- Data syncs automatically to the cloud when you're online; this is required for data to be included in reports.
- Do not delete the app if you have unsynchronized leads, or they will be lost forever and cannot be recovered.
