Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
The Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal provides valuable reporting that gives exhibitors instant access to their captured lead data. All reports update in real-time as data synchronizes to the cloud.
NOTE
The scanning device must be online for data to synchronize to the cloud and appear in reports.
Leads Report
The Leads report contains one row per lead and includes the attendee's registration profile information and the lead details collected by the booth staff person. The App User column in the report refers to the person who was logged in to the device that captured the lead.
NOTE
A profile field might be blank if the attendee did not provide the information on their registration form.
Scans Report
The Scans report contains one row per scan and includes the attendee's registration profile information, the lead details collected by the booth staff person, and the scan and sync dates and times. Leads scanned more than once will appear multiple times in the report.
The following scan data is included in the report:
- Scan Date: Date the scan was captured locally on the user's device, displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format
- Scan Time: Time the scan was captured locally on the user's device, displayed in the event time zone
- Last Sync Date: Date the scan was last synchronized to the cloud, displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format
- If the device is online, this date should be similar to the scan date
- Last Sync Time: Time the scan was last synchronized to the cloud, displayed in the event time zone
- If the device is online, this time should be similar to the scan time
NOTE
The scan date and time are reported based on the device's settings. The Lead Capture Mobile App software cannot guarantee time accuracy as it does not control device settings. Inaccuracies may occur due to manual time zone configurations, disabled location services, network connectivity issues, switching between cellular and WiFi connections, VPN usage affecting location detection, or other device-specific settings outside the software's control.
NOTE
If you are scanning during a specific time window (e.g., booth reception) and want better accuracy, we suggest scanning when your device is online and referencing the last sync date and time. Lead Capture is not designed nor intended for session scanning.
