Configure Access for Onsite Support Staff

Once you have been given access to Eventscribe Onsite for your event, you can add the onsite support staff to Onsite

NOTE 

Onsite support staff should include anyone that will need to support attendees onsite during the check-in and badge printing process, such as volunteers or 3rd party vendors. It should also include your Onsite Technical Lead, who will be responsible for the technical set up of your printers and check –in devices onsite, including networking and kiosk configuration.

After the onsite support staff has been added to Onsite, send them an email with a link to access Onsite and information about their responsibilities onsite. Onsite support staff can include volunteers and/or hired 3rd party support.

Below are sample messages for onsite support staff based on their onsite responsibilities and Onsite module access and permission level. 

Logging in to Eventscribe Onsite 

To access Onsite, please visit onsite.gocadmium.com and log in using your email address. If this is your first-time accessing Onsite, you will be prompted to create a password. 

Kiosk Module 

You have been given access to the Kiosk module for this event and will be able to set up the kiosks and printers for attendee self-service check-in and on-demand badge printing. Once logged into Onsite for this event, click on Kiosks in the left menu to access the Kiosk module.

Attendee Module 

You have been given access to the Attendee module for this event to support attendees onsite with manual check-in and badge prints/reprints. After you have logged in to Onsite for this event, click on Attendees on the left menu to access the Attendee module.
