Confirm Event Name and Dates in myCadmium

The event name and corresponding dates that appear on the Cadmium Check-in App welcome screen are pulled from the event details that have been saved in myCadmium. Once you have fully configured the on-demand check-in kiosk onsite at the event, this screen will display on the Cadmium Check-in App welcome screen. If you need to make any adjustments to the event name and dates on the welcome screen, access the Events Tools Page in myCadmium and edit your event name and dates accordingly.

CADMIUM RECOMMENDS

Any changes made to the event name and dates may take up to an hour to reflect on the Cadmium Check-in App welcome screen. For any updates made in myCadmium to appear on the Welcome Screen, you must log out and log back in to Cadmium Onsite. To avoid any delays, confusion, or incorrect information from being displayed, Cadmium strongly advises confirming your event name and dates before arriving onsite for the event.
