Cadmium offers a cutting-edge, self-service event check-in and on-demand badge printing solution called Check-in and Badging. Event planners can design a badge layout for their attendees and send a preview of the badge along with a check-in QR code via a Know Before You Go message. Once onsite for the event, attendees can scan the check-in QR code at the self-serve check-in kiosk and print their own badge with the on-demand badge printer.
This modern and efficient check-in and badging process requires minimal onsite support staff at the registration desk and simultaneously provides event planners with real-time check-in data and reports. This data can be utilized for attendee communication and advertising efforts during and after an event.
Badge templates can be designed as either 4”x3” and 4”x6” badges which can be single or double-sided. Please note that badges can only be printed in black and white, though color graphics can be pre-printed onto the badge stock.
Check-in and Badging is ideal for events of any size and is highly recommended for those with large attendee totals.
