Attendee Assistance Using Cadmium Onsite

Access to Cadmium Onsite is available for event planners and onsite support staff. Onsite support staff can include volunteers and/or hired 3rd party support. To assist attendees onsite by manually completing the check-in process and/or printing badges, access the Attendee Module in Cadmium Onsite. 

  • To access Cadmium Onsite as an event planner, select the “Cadmium Onsite” link under the Check-In and Badging section in the event’s Control Center within EdgeReg.
  • To access Cadmium Onsite as a member of the onsite support staff, use the login instructions sent via email by the event planner. If you have not received this email, please contact your Site Admin to confirm your access to Cadmium Onsite. 

NOTE 

The following are required to use the Attendee Module in Cadmium Onsite. Contact the Site Admin or event planner if you do not have access to ensure these requirements are complete. 

  • An on-demand badge template must be set for the event. 
  • At least one kiosk must be set up and configured for the event.
  • Once logged into Cadmium Onsite for your event, select Attendees in the left menu to open the Attendee Module. This will bring up a list of all registered attendees. Use the Search for Attendee search box and/or Filter settings to find specific records or sets of records.

  • Click the name of any attendee to display their Attendee Details in the right panel.

  • If the attendee is not checked in, the status will be listed as Not Checked In and the Check-In and Print Badge button will be visible. Select this button to check-in the attendee and print the badge to a kiosk from the list of kiosks set up for the event. 
  • If the attendee is already checked in, the status will be listed as Checked In and the Reprint Badge button will be visible. Use this button to reprint the badge for any attendee that is already checked-in.
