You can view the results of your Invitation Campaigns by going to the E-Marketing Report tab with in the E-Marketing screen. This will show how your invitation campaign has gone, including how many people have clicked on your link or registered as a result of your campaign, as well as:
- The plans that have been run for all meetings.
- The number of people who were on the list used for the plan.
- The number and percent of people who clicked on the link to your meeting home site as a result of the plan campaign.
- The number and percent of people who registered for your meeting as a result of the plan campaign.
You will also see these different Status':
Completed State
A Contact Item is said to have been completed or executed if the messages for that item have been sent.
A Plan is said to be complete when all of the Contact Items for the Plan have been executed.
Active State
A Contact Item is said to be active if the messages for that item are currently in the process of being delivered.
A Plan is said to be active when at least one, but not all of the Contact Items for the Plan are active or completed.
Inactive State
A Contact Item is said to be inactive if the none messages for that item have been delivered.
A Plan is said to be inactive when none of the Contact Items for the Plan are active or completed.
