From the Control Center of your meeting, you can run a Data Export (All) or Date Export (Date). These two reports will display a webpage with the data of all of the participants in your meeting. You can use the following steps to convert the web page data into an Excel file.
To save the file in Excel, use the following steps:
- Locate the list in the Registration menu located in the bottom right hand corner of the Control Center screen.
- Click on the desired option: Data Export (All) or Date Export (Date).
- A screen opens directing you to save the data of the selected report. To be able to access the data using Excel, you must save the data making sure to
- set the file type to All Files, and
- hange the extension on the end of the file name from .jsp to .csv. Note: It may display with the name “exportdatacvs”. Place a “period” in front of “cvs” to change the file name. Or you can enter a file name that is more meaningful to you with the .cvs extension.
- Once the file is saved, you can open it in Excel. Usually, Excel automatically opens the file. The data is placed into corresponding columns and rows with headers.
