- Expand the Reviews section.
- Select the desired report.
- Select the Run Reports button.
Review Reports provide summaries of submission reviews and reviewer activities. All reports collect data from author and reviewer task submissions.

To access a Review Report, follow these steps:

Review Summary Brief 2
The Review Summary Brief 2 report provides a summary of submitters, submissions, and reviews. Each session appears in its own row, with all associated reviews included. This report helps organize reviewed sessions into track listings. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
Overall Average Rating (OAR) Calculation Methods:
- Average Total Score
- Average Per Question Score
- Total Accumulated Score
To modify OAR calculation, contact your Project Manager.
Chair Decisions
The Chair Decisions report summarizes submissions and the assigned chairs for each submission. This report displays submission information, chair information and decisions made on each submission. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
Review Assignments – Conflicts
The Review Assignments – Conflicts report identifies potential conflicts between assigned reviewers and submitters based on email addresses, organization affiliations, and names. Conflicts are highlighted in red. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
Review Index
The Review Index report displays each individual review on a separate row, including a question-by-question breakdown, average scores, reviewer comments, and recommendations. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
Review Summary Brief 3
The Review Summary Brief 3 report provides a row for each submission, displaying the reviewers' average score, total score of all reviews, and the overall average score across all reviews. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.

Review Word Document Report
The Review Word Document report is a customizable report that allows exporting review data into Microsoft Word. The report can include submission and review details such as:
- Author and abstract information
- Learning objectives
- Survey responses
- Reviewer scores and comments
This report can also be filtered by submission type, topic, or ID with separate documents created for each filter.
