- Expand the Tasks section.
- Select Payment Task Report.
- Select the Run button.
Task reports provide summaries of completed tasks and the associated information. These reports help track task completion, payment details, scheduling, and submission updates.

To access a Task Report, follow these steps:

- In the pop-up window, select the task for which you want to run the report, then select Continue.

Payment Task Report
The Payment Task report displays payment details, including payment status, amount, and cardholder information. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
NOTE
If no applicable tasks or data are available, a red warning message will appear.
Schedule Task Report
The Schedule Task report provides a summary of completed submissions and their scheduled occurrences. It also includes details collected in the Schedule Task, such as the estimated number of attendees and additional comments. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.
To run the Schedule Task Report, follow these steps:
Upload Task Report
The Upload Task report provides a detailed summary of changes made to submissions, including when and where the changes occurred. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.

If no applicable tasks or data are available, a red warning message will appear.
Authors - Disclosures (Event Based) Excel Report
This report is available for events that include the Disclosure (Event Based) task. The admin user selects the specific task to pull data from, and the report retrieves all collected data for every assigned user, regardless of task completion. Admin users can apply various filters, including Author Name, Abstract Status, Author Role, Abstract Type, Disclosure Response, Abstract Categories, and Final Decision. The data is displayed in an Excel format, with each user’s information presented in an individual row.
Authors - Disclosures (Event Based) Word Report
This report is available for events that has the Disclosure (Event Based) task. It will show all the user's disclosure forms associated with their submissions. Admin users can apply various filters, including Author Name, Abstract Status, Author Role, Abstract Type, Disclosure Response, Abstract Categories, and Final Decision. The data in this report can be exported into Microsoft Word.

This report is available for events that include the Disclosure (Submission Based) task.
