Author Reports

Author Reports provide detailed insights into author submissions, scheduling, and other relevant data. These reports valuable insights into author data and submission details. By using these reports effectively, administrators can streamline workflows, resolve scheduling conflicts, and enhance data management.

To access an Author Report, follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to the Reports page.  
2. Expand the Authors section.  
3. Select the desired report.  
4. Select the Run Reports button.

Author Index (NEW) Report  

The Author Index (NEW) Report provides a detailed overview of each author and their submitted information. This report will be output as an Excel Spreadsheet.  

Author Index (OLD) Report  

The Author Index (OLD) Report shows a detailed description of each author and the information they have submitted in the Authors task. Data on this report is displayed by one row per listed author/submission. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.

Author Brief – Complete Submissions Only  

The Author Brief – Complete Submissions Only report is a concise report of completed submissions per author. Data on this report is displayed by one row per listed author/submission. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel.

Author Photo Report    

The Author Photo Report displays author names and their submitted photos. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel and Word. 

Author Scheduling Conflicts Report    

The Author Scheduling Conflicts Report identifies scheduling conflicts for authors and their submissions. Conflicts are highlighted in red. The data for this report is pulled from the scheduling worksheet. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Author-Submission Word Report    

The Author-Submission Word Report  provides a summary of authors and their submission IDs. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Word.
