Submission Reports

Submission reports provide comprehensive insights into the various submissions made within the system, tracking task completions and user data. Below is a breakdown of each available report and its functionality.

To access a Submission Report, follow these steps:  

  1. Navigate to the Reports page.   
  2. Expand the Submissions section.   
  3. Select the desired report.   
  4. Select the Run Reports button.

Active Task Report

This report presents a spreadsheet view of submissions, including all related details. The data updates every 10 minutes to reflect recent changes. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. The submitter's name and email are quick-linked to the submitter's login page and email, respectively. 

Submission Index Report 

The most comprehensive report, including submission, author, and review summary data. It includes all submissions regardless of their status. This report will be output as an Excel Spreadsheet.    

Overall Average Rating (OAR) Calculation Methods:  

  • Average Total Score  
  • Average Per Question Score  
  • Total Accumulated Score  

To modify OAR calculation, contact your Project Manager. 

New Submission Index Report 

This is a streamlined version of the Submission Index Report and is ideal for large datasets. This report does not include data filter dropdowns. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

New Submission Index Report with Filters 

This version of the New Submission Index Report includes four dropdown filters: 

  • Submission Status 
  • Decision 
  • Type 
  • Topic 

Additional data points can be appended via the Notes icon. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

All Submitters (Most Recent Submission) 

This report lists all submitters who have completed a submission, sorted alphabetically. It removes duplicate entries by skipping older submissions with the same name/email combination. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Basic Statistics

This report provides general statistics on submissions, including: 

  • Counts by category 
  • Status counts (active, complete, withdrawn) 
  • Counts by presentation type 
  • Submissions by state and country 

This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Calendar Report 

This report provides a day-by-day breakdown of scorecard activity, including: 

  • User logins 
  • Active submissions 
  • Completed submissions 

This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Payment Integration Transaction Report 

This report summarizes all payment transactions collected from users, particularly useful for external payment integrations. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Submission Data Changes 

This report tracks all changes made to submissions and details where and when each change occurred. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Sideload History 

Provides data on sideload occurrences, including old and new values. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Submission Index - Complete Submissions Only 

This report displays all submission data for completed submissions, including review data. This report will be output as an Excel Spreadsheet.    

Submission Index with Co-Authors 

This comprehensive report includes submission, author, and review data. It is ideal for customers using the Co-Author List Task. This report will be displayed within the window and has an option to export to Excel. 

Submission Word Document Report 

This customizable report displays submission data, including information from authors, abstracts, learning objectives, surveys, and upload tasks. This report will be output as a Word Document which can be edited and saved.
