- A cloud icon with a slash will appear on the lead’s profile card.
- Saved to your device, not synced to the cloud. will appear at the bottom of the Lead Details screen.
- The app will attempt to automatically resolve any synchronization issues; no user action is required.
LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
The Lead Capture Mobile App automatically syncs your data to the cloud whenever your device is online.
Although the Lead Capture Mobile App is designed to work offline for ease of use during an event, it is important to ensure your lead data is synced to the cloud to provide the most up-to-date reporting for your exhibitor admin.
Internet Connection Required for Synchronizing Data
You must be connected to the internet for data synchronization.
- For basic cloud syncing, a minimum internet speed of around 10 Mbps for both upload and download is generally recommended.

If any lead data is unsynchronized:

Important Notes
- If you switch devices while you have unsynchronized data, any changes made to the same data on the new device will be overwritten when the original device reconnects online.
- If your phone dies with unsynchronized data, the data will remain saved locally and will sync automatically once you're back online.
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
To avoid data synchronization issues:
- Ensure your phone is sufficiently charged to sync your data.
- Log out of the app before switching to a different device.
WARNING
Deleting the app before syncing your data will result in permanent data loss of any unsynchronized information.
