Lead Capture Mobile App - Saving & Syncing Your Data

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.

The Lead Capture Mobile App allows you to collect leads whether you're online or offline. An internet connection is required to sync data to the cloud.

Lead data:

  • Saves automatically to your device whether you're online or offline
  • Syncs automatically to the cloud when you're online

CADMIUM RECOMMENDS

Go online regularly to access the latest attendee data and sync your leads.

Best Practices

To avoid data loss:

  • Keep your phone charged. When your battery gets low, go online to sync your data to the cloud.
  • Sync all leads before logging out, switching licenses, or switching devices.
  • Do not delete the app with unsynchronized data.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Do not use the same license on multiple devices simultaneously. This will cause data conflicts and potential data loss.

WARNING NOTE

Deleting the app with unsynchronized leads will result in permanent data loss.

Offline Mode

While offline:

  • A WiFi icon with a slash will appear in the upper right corner of the app. Tap it to view additional details about offline mode and your data.
  • A cloud icon with a slash will appear on the Leads list for lead data that hasn't synced yet; when online, you can pull down the Leads list screen to push a sync
  • A lead may show as Profile Pending since you don't have access to the latest attendee data.
