Lead Capture Mobile App - Leads List

Booth staff can view a list of their leads by selecting the Leads option in the bottom menu. Lead data is scoped to the individual staff member, so each person can only view their leads. Booth-level lead and scan data reports are available to the booth admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. 

Lead and scan data automatically saves to your device. If you are online, data will automatically sync to the cloud. Unsynchronized leads will display a sync indicator on the lead card. For more information, read this article.

Leads Count

The total number of leads you've captured will be displayed at the top of the screen in parentheses following the screen header (e.g., Leads (2)). 

Search Function

The Search box allows you to look up a lead by name, title, or organization. 

Lead Card Details

The lead card includes the following details, if provided by the attendee during registration: 

  • First Name 
  • Last Name 
  • Title 
  • Organization
  • Scan timestamp (in the device's time zone)

Sorting 

The list is sorted by the lead's most recent scan time (if scanned more than once), from newest to oldest.

NOTE

Lead profile information is pulled directly from the attendee’s registration record. If you are online, it may take a few minutes for new registrations or updates to existing records to be reflected in the Lead Capture Mobile App.
