- Select the lead from the Leads list.

Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
A booth staff person can view profile and contact information about a lead. Lead profile information is pulled directly from the attendee’s registration record.
Accessing a Lead's Profile Information
To access a lead's profile information, follow the steps below:

- Select the lead card on the Lead Details screen.

Profile Data
A lead's profile information is pulled directly from the attendee’s registration record.
- Profile data cannot be edited within the app. If any changes need to be made, the attendee will need to update their registration profile.
- To refresh the data, ensure you're online, and pull down on the 'Profile Information' screen to update.
- It may take a few minutes for updates to the registration record to be reflected in the app.
- Tips:
- Press and hold the email and/or phone number to copy them to your clipboard.
- Tap the email address to open your device’s mail app.
- Tap the phone number to open your device’s call feature.
- Use the 'Notes' feature on the Lead Details screen to add contact information for the lead.
Profile Fields
The following profile fields will be available if provided by the attendee during registration.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Pronouns
- Title
- Organization
- Phone
- Address:
- Street address
- Apartment, suite, building, etc.
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Country (if not USA)
