When this happens, a Profile Pending alert box will appear at the top of the Lead Details screen. Select Learn more to view an information panel with additional details.
LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
When scanning an attendee’s badge, you may encounter a lead with a temporary status of Profile Pending. This status means the attendee’s full profile information is not yet available but will automatically update once the data is retrieved by the Lead Capture Mobile App.
Profile Pending Lead
A Profile Pending lead occurs for two reasons:
- The attendee has recently registered, and their profile information has not yet synced to the app.
- Your device is offline, and the attendee’s data was not downloaded before going offline.

Resolve a Profile Pending Status
- Ensure you are online to receive the latest attendee profile data updates. Once available, the lead’s profile will automatically update.
- If the attendee recently registered, it may take up to 15 minutes for updates to appear. Ensure you're online and refresh the 'Leads' list (by pulling down).
NOTE
While waiting for the profile to become available, you can still interact with the lead by adding a rating, notes, and tags, and answer any questions. You can also temporarily record key details like the attendee’s name or email address in the notes section.
