When this happens, a Profile Pending alert box will appear at the top of the Lead Details screen. Select Learn more to view an information panel with additional details.
When scanning an attendee’s badge, you may encounter a lead with a temporary status of Profile Pending. This status means the attendee’s full profile information is not yet available but will automatically update once the data is retrieved by the Lead Capture Mobile App from registration.
NOTE
While waiting for the profile to become available, you can interact with the lead by adding a rating, notes, and tags, and answering questions. Tip: Record key details like the attendee’s name or email address in the notes section.
Profile Pending Lead
A Profile Pending lead occurs for two reasons:
- The attendee has recently registered, and their profile information has not yet synced to the app.
- Your device is offline, and the attendee’s data was not downloaded before going offline.

Resolve a Profile Pending Status
- Go online to receive the latest attendee profile data.
- Ensure you have a good internet connection. This may mean connecting to WiFi if you are using data, or temporarily walking to a different location if the internet connectivity near your booth is poor.
- Wait a few minutes if the attendee recently registered.
- Pull down the Leads list screen to refresh the data.
WARNING NOTE
Do not delete the app with unsyncronized data as this may result in permanent data loss.
