- Tap the stars to rate the lead. Five stars is the highest rating.
- To clear your rating, tap the first star again.
LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
A booth staff person can qualify leads by adding details such as a rating, tags, answers to questions, and notes. All lead details are unique to the booth staff person. Details added to a lead will automatically save to your your device. While online, exit the Lead Details screen to automatically sync to the cloud.
Rating

Tags
- To add a tag to a lead, select it and it will become highlighted.
- If there are many tags, select View More to see the full list.

NOTE
It may take a few minutes for updates to be reflected in the Lead Capture Mobile App. While online, pull down the 'Lead Details' screen to refresh the data.
Notes
- To add a note, select the text box in the Notes section.
- The phone keyboard will automatically open.
- Once finished, select the checkmark icon to save the note.
- Notes are listed in the order they were added, from newest to oldest.
- The timestamp is shown in your device's time zone.
- If there are many notes, select View More to expand the list.
- Notes cannot be edited, but you can delete them by swiping left and selecting the trash icon.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Once deleted, a note cannot be recovered.
Questions
Questions are created by the exhibitor booth admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. If no questions have been created, this section will not display.
- Multiple choice questions: Select one radio button to add a response to the lead.
- Checkbox questions: Select one or more options to add a response to the lead.
If a question or answer option is removed by the exhibitor booth admin in the Lead Exhibitor Capture Portal, it will no longer appear in the app. Any previously answered questions will still show in reports.
