Lead Capture Mobile App - Lead Details

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.

The Lead Capture Mobile App allows users to qualify leads by adding details such as a rating, tags, questions, and notes. All lead details are unique to the booth staff person. Details added to a lead will be saved locally on your device. While you are online, exit the Lead Details screen to sync your updates to the cloud. 

Rating 

  1. Tap the stars to rate the lead. Five stars is the highest rating. 
  2. To clear your rating, tap the first star again.

Tags 

Tags are created by the exhibitor Booth Admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. If no tags have been created, this section will not display.
  1. To add a tag to a lead, tap it. Selected tags will be highlighted. 
  2. If there are many tags, tap View More to see the full list. 
If a tag is removed in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal, it will no longer appear in the app, but any previously selected tags will still show in reports.

NOTE

Updates made by the exhibitor Booth Admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal may take up to 15 minutes to appear in the Lead Capture Mobile App. Make sure you are online and pull down the 'Lead Details' screen to refresh the data.

Notes 

  1. To add a note, select the text box in the Notes section. 
  2. The phone keyboard should automatically open. 
  3. Once finished, select the checkmark icon to save the note.
  • Notes are listed in the order they were added, from newest to oldest. 
  • The timestamp is shown in your device's time zone. 
  • If there are many notes, select 'View More' to expand the list. 
  • Notes cannot be edited, but you can delete them by swiping left and selecting the trash icon.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Once deleted, a note cannot be recovered.

Questions 

Questions are created by the exhibitor Booth Admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal. If no questions have been created, this section will not display. Questions can be multiple choice or checkboxes.

  • Multiple choice questions: Select one radio button to add a response to the lead. 
  • Checkbox questions: Select one or more options to add a response to the lead.

If a question or answer option is removed in the Lead Exhibitor Capture Portal, it will no longer appear in the app, but any previously selected tags will still show in reports.
