- Tap the stars to rate the lead. Five stars is the highest rating.
- To clear your rating, tap the first star twice.
Booth staff can qualify leads by adding details like ratings, tags, question responses, and notes. These details are scoped to the individual staff member, so each person can only view the information they have added for a given lead. Booth-level lead and scan data reports are available to the booth admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal.
Lead and scan data automatically saves to your device. If you are online, data will automatically sync to the cloud.
Rating

Tags
- To add a tag to a lead, select it and it will become highlighted.
- If there are many tags, select View More to see the full list.

NOTE
It may take a few minutes for updates to be reflected in the Lead Capture Mobile App. While online, pull down the 'Lead Details' screen to refresh the data.
Notes
- To add a note, select the Add Note button.
- The Add Note window will open.
- Select the text box and type your note.
- Once finished, select Save.
- To edit, select the note or swipe left and select the pencil icon.
- To delete, swipe left and select the trash can icon.
Notes are listed in the order they were added, from newest to oldest.
The timestamp is shown in your device's time zone.
If there are many notes, select View More to expand the list.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Once deleted, a note cannot be recovered.
Questions
Questions are created by the booth admin in the Lead Capture Exhibitor Portal and display in the same order they appear in the portal. If no questions have been created, this section will not display.
- Multiple choice questions: Select one radio button to add a response to the lead.
- Checkbox questions: Select one or more options to add a response to the lead.
- Open-ended questions: Enter text response.
- Select the Add Response button.
- The Add Response window will open.
- Select the text box and type your response.
- Once finished, select Save.
- To edit, select the response or swipe left and select the pencil icon.
- To delete, swipe left and select the trash can icon.
- Select the Add Response button.
If a question or answer option is removed by the exhibitor booth admin in the Lead Exhibitor Capture Portal, it will no longer appear in the app. Any previously answered questions will still show in reports.
