Lead Capture Mobile App - Account Menu

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.

Select your account avatar in the upper right corner to access your license details, help documentation, and information about the Lead Capture Mobile App. From this menu, you can also switch to a different license or log out.

License Details

View information about your license, including:

Event name
Event dates
License ID (The unique license ID can be used for troubleshooting support.)
License activated timestamp (device time zone)
Company name
Booth #

Help

Select the 'Help' option to access the Lead Capture Mobile App FAQs and Troubleshooting Guide. You must be online to view this documentation, as it will open in an in-app browser window.

About

Select the sub-menu options to read about the Lead Capture Mobile App's open-source product licenses and Cadmium's privacy policy. You must be online to view this documentation, as it will open in an in-app browser window.

At the bottom of the screen, you can also find the version of the app you are using.

Switch License

Selecting this button will take you to the 'Select a License' screen. To prevent data loss this button will be disabled if you are offline. For additional information, please review this article.

Log Out

Selecting this button will log you out of the Lead Capture Mobile App. To prevent data loss, this button will be disabled if you are offline. For additional information, please review this article.
