Booth staff may need to switch between Lead Capture Mobile App licenses if they are working at multiple booths during the event, or they may need to log out of the app if their device is running low on power and they must move to a different device. In these situations, it’s important to ensure that all lead data is fully synchronized before switching licenses or devices.
WARNING
To avoid data conflicts and potential data loss, sync all leads before logging out or switching licenses. Do not delete the app with unsynchronized data. Never use the same license on multiple devices simultaneously. For more information, read this article.
To log out of the Lead Capture Mobile App or switch to a different license, follow these steps:

Verify Sync Status
Before logging out or switching to a different license, verify that your lead data has been synchronized to the cloud by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Leads list.
- Look for the cloud icon with a slash through it which indicates the lead is not synchronized to the cloud (
)
- To resolve unsynchronized leads:
- Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
- Pull down the Leads list to force a data sync.

Offline Access Restrictions
You must be connected to the internet to switch licenses or log out, as these actions are not permitted while offline. This restriction is in place to help prevent data loss.

Unsynchronized Data
If you log out or switch licenses after encountering a sync error, any unsynchronized data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. It's essential to resolve any sync issues before proceeding to avoid losing valuable lead information.

App Deletion Warning
Do not delete the Lead Capture Mobile App if you have unsynchronized data, as doing so will result in permanent data loss. This loss is controlled by the device’s operating system and cannot be prevented. Always ensure your data is fully synced before uninstalling the app.
