Opt Out Lists

  1. Select Maintain Lists under the Communication section in any meeting.

  1. Select "Manage Opt-Out List" at the bottom of the page to open the "Email Opt-Out report".

  1. To add someone to the Opt-Out List, just enter their email address in the first field and click "Add to Opt-Out List".
