Instead of placing presentations, meetings, social functions, and other activities into rooms and time slots by hand, you define your event's framework and scheduling rules, and Schedule Builder automates the placement for you.

In minutes, Schedule Builder generates a complete, conflict-free schedule that accounts for your event's requirements and potential conflicts. You can then review the results, make adjustments as needed, and sync the finalized schedule directly into Education Harvester, automatically updating each presentation's date, time, and room.

Schedule Builder has seven steps you’ll work through in order:

1. Import: Sync your Harvester presentation/event records into Schedule Builder.
2. Fields & Filters: Choose the criteria you typically prioritize when scheduling and the presentations/events you wish to schedule.
3. Grid Setup: Define your event framework by adding dates, time blocks and rooms.
4. At-a-Glance: Review your schedule grid and apply tags to control which types of presentations/events can be placed in specific rooms, days and time blocks.
5. Rules: Set distribution rules to control how presentations/events are spread across your schedule, including by topic, track, session type, or other criteria.
6. Review: Confirm your settings and rules before generating your schedule.
7. Schedule: Generate the schedule, adjust it, save it, and push it to Harvester.
