Function Roles Scheduler

The Function Roles Scheduler allows you to quickly assign Function Roles to Functions.  This Power Tool can only be used after Functions have been created within Logistics.

Additionally, this tool is best used when you do NOT know the names of the Team Members that should be assigned to the Function.  But you do know the Roles, or Types, of Team Members that need to be assigned to a Function.  For example, you need at least one meeting planner and one staff member in multiple Functions.  You can use this tool to quickly assign a meeting planner and a staff member to multiple Functions at once.

To use the Function Roles Scheduler, navigate to the Power Tools by selecting the icon at the top center on any Logistics page.  Then, select the "Function Roles Scheduler" icon (Fig. 1).

The next page will display a success message indicating the number of Function Roles that have been assigned to Functions.  At this point, you can choose to schedule more Function Roles, email the report, or view the Functions.

To assign a Team Member to the Role, select the "View Functions" button, locate the Function, and open the Function editor (Fig. 5).
