This Power Tool can be used to import buildings and rooms for both levels of Logistics. Standard Logistics is needed to import Resource Types, Resources, and Team Members.
The Import Data Power Tool uses a step-by-step interface allowing you to quickly import data into Logistics. This tool is used to add NEW data and should not be used to update existing data. To update the existing data, please see the Sideload Data article.
The list below is the suggested order to import logistics data. Team members can be imported at any time.

To import data, navigate to Power Tools by selecting the icon at the top center on any Logistics page. Then, select the "Import Data" tile (Fig. 1).

You may use your own import spreadsheet within this Power Tool. The following lists display the fields that can be imported, depending on the type of import.

Next, select the "NEW IMPORT" button toward the upper left-hand corner of the page. Then, select the type of import from the drop-down menu. For example, "Buildings Import" (Fig. 2).

Step 1 - Upload Spreadsheet
Drag the import file to the drop zone. Or select the drop zone, and locate the import within your file explorer. Enter a name for the import. If the spreadsheet has multiple tabs, or worksheets, choose the correct worksheet name from the drop-down menu. Then, select the blue "Continue to Step 2" button (Fig. 3).

Step 2 - Map Fields
Choose the database field from the drop-down menu to map the spreadsheet column. You may notice that the Import Data tool may automatically match the column with the appropriate field. Before moving on to Step 3, make sure all rows are validated successfully. Then, select the blue "Continue to Step 3" button (Fig. 4).

Step 3 - Check Data
You will see a preview of the data that will be imported. After you confirm accuracy, select the blue "Save Data" button (Fig. 5).

Step 4 - Save Data
You will see a report of all data that was imported. Green text indicates that the data was imported successfully. Red text indicates that the date was not imported and may require the use of the Sideload Tool.
Select the blue "Email Results" button to email yourself a copy of the report. To start a new import, select the blue "Back to Imports" button (Fig. 6).
