The Resource Scheduler allows you to quickly assign Resources or Resource Bundles to Functions. This Power Tool can only be used after Functions have been created within Logistics."
To use the Resource Scheduler, navigate to the Power Tools by selecting the icon at the top center on any Logistics page. Then, select the "Resource Scheduler" icon (Fig. 1).

Step 1 - Select Resources
On Step 1, decide if you are assigning individual Resources or Resource Bundles to Functions.
1. Individual Resources
Select the "View Individual Resources" button to see a list of all Resources bucketed by Resource Type. Select the check box to the left of the Resource Name, or use the select all check box to choose more than one Resource. Then, if needed, increase the quantity of any Resource in the third column. Next, select the "Continue to Step 2" button (Fig. 2).

2. Resource Bundles
Select the "Resource Bundles" button to see a list of all Resource Bundles. Expand the bundle you are intending to add, and select the select all check box to add all Resources. Then, if needed, increase the quantity of any Resource in the third column. Note, this will not change the quantity for the Resource Bundle on the Setup page. Next, select the "Continue to Step 2" button (Fig. 3).

Step 2 - Select Functions
On Step 2, select the Functions that should receive the Resources. Adjust the page focus to help you select the appropriate Functions. Then, select the "Continue to Step 3" button (Fig. 4).

Step 3 - Review & Schedule
On Step 3, you will see a list of all Functions and the Resources to be scheduled. After you confirm the schedule, select the "Save & Schedule" button (Fig. 5).

The next page will display a success message indicating the number of Resources that have been assigned to Functions. At this point, you can choose to schedule more Resources, email the report, or view the Functions.
To edit Resources assigned to a Function, select the "View Functions" button, locate the Function, and open the Function editor (Fig. 6).
