Managing Review Assignments

Presentations are assigned to reviewers directly within each reviewer’s profile. There are three primary methods for assigning presentations in the Review Module:

• Presentation ID: Each presentation uploaded to Education Harvester is automatically assigned a unique, six-digit Presentation ID. This ID is permanent, system-generated, and cannot be edited or reused. It is used throughout the Cadmium platform to identify individual presentations.
• Submission ID: If accepted submissions were imported into Education Harvester from Scorecard, the original Submission ID will remain associated with the corresponding presentation. This ID is separate from the Presentation ID and can also be used for review assignment purposes.
• Review Groups: Review Groups allow you to bundle multiple presentations together for bulk assignment to one or more reviewers. The naming and organization of Review Groups are managed by the client administrator.

Examples of Review Group names could include:

• A reviewer’s last name (e.g., Smith)
• A session or track name (e.g., Cardiology Track)

Review Groups are typically created via a spreadsheet by populating the Review Group column with the appropriate group name for each relevant presentation.
