Unlock Codes
Unlock codes can be set within registration associated with registration fees, option fees, or workshops selected. They should not be updated within eventScribe for any eventScribe users that are generated via registration.
If someone has more than one unlock code associated with their record, all unlock codes will be sent over @@@@ delimited.
Access Levels
EdgeReg is set so that all registration fees are automatically associated with the access level of Standard in eventScribe. From within EdgeReg, access levels can be set per registration level when needed to allow for scenarios when certain types of registrations are allow a higher or lower level of access to the website.
Favorites
Workshops selected during registration that are associated with corresponding presentations in Ed Harvester can be displayed as blue stars within the schedule in eventScribe website and app. These selections cannot be changed by the users within eventScribe, but will be updated automatically in eventScribe if they are updated within EdgeReg.
Reservations
Clients who have purchased the Check-In Add On for the eventScribe mobile app can have registrant selections of workshops made during registration sent to eventScribe mobile app as a reservation. The reservation feature of the Check-In Add On allows planners to set presentations within the app so that when the attendee badge is scanned, it will only allow those attendees that reserved that presentation into the room.
