All you need to edit or view a E-Marketing Plan is to click on its name. This will take you to the E-Marketing Plan Detail page. If a plan has begun to be executed - its messages have begun to be delivered by the system - you will see that some of the elements of the plan can no longer be edited.
On the E-Marketing Plan Detail page you can do the following:
- Set the date to execute the plan (the "Sending Date" field).
- Set the Message from the Message Libary to be used with this plan.
- Set the Recipients of this plan by selecting a Mailing List.
- You can use the Condition field is used to define a specific subset of the Communication Plan's Mailing List in which to send Messages.
- Set the plan to be executed in the early morning of your "Sending Date" or run as soon as possible - an "Emergency Send". There may be an extra charge applied for emergency mailings.
- For executed plans, see the response rate and number of registrations in response to your campaign. Click on "e-Market Response Detail" to find out who specifically clicked on your links.
