When you open the Communications module, you land on the Dashboard. This is your command center: every campaign for your event is listed here, along with its status and the date it was last updated. From the Dashboard you can search, sort, open, and manage any campaign your team has created.
Campaign Statuses
| Status | What It Means |
| Drafted | You’re still building it — nothing has been sent yet. |
| Submitted | The campaign has been handed off for processing. |
| Processing | Being prepared for delivery — sit tight. |
| Sent | Successfully delivered to your recipients. |
| Failed | Delivery encountered an error. Contact support if this persists. |
Finding and Sorting Campaigns
- Use the search bar at the top to filter campaigns by name — handy when you have a lot of drafts.
- Use the sort control to switch between newest-first and oldest-first.
- If you have many campaigns, use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages.
Quick Actions
Click the action menu (⋯) on any campaign row to access these options:
| Action | What It Does |
| Edit | Jump straight into the campaign editor. |
| Duplicate | Create a copy as a new draft — great for recurring sends. |
| Delete | Permanently remove the campaign. This cannot be undone. |
CADMIUM RECOMMENDS
The quickest way to make a similar campaign is to copy an existing one. Just duplicate it, update the content and recipients, and it’s ready to send.
