Payment Settings Overview

IMPORTANT NOTE

All events created after Jan 5th, 2026 will default to use Cadmium Payments.  For settings related to Firm Merchants created in Registration prior to Jan 5th, please review these articles. 

For credit card processing, Registration uses Cadmium Payments, our centralized platform that allows you to access your payment processors to be used across Eventscribe products.  

Merchant accounts are added and managed within Cadmium Payments. To learn more about merchant account creation within Cadmium Payments, please review this article and others in the associated folder. 

Once a payment processor is configured in Cadmium Payments, it will be immediately available for selection within Eventscribe products, and payments can begin to be collected right away. Learn more about event level payment settings within Registration here.
