Eventscribe Release Notes
June 2025
This month, we are excited to announce the release of the Chats feature in the Eventscribe Mobile App and Website, as well as the addition of Cadmium Payments in Expo Harvester.
This month’s release includes:
Education Harvester
Expo Harvester
Mobile App and Website
Survey Magnet
Education Harvester – Seconds on Presentation Times Not Displaying Correctly
When enabling the Harvester setting "Show seconds when displaying session and presentation times on worksheets?" to "Yes", users were not seeing consistency between the worksheets and the presentation editor. Now, when seconds are added to the presentation time (e.g., 08:00:30), they will display consistently in both the presentation editor and the worksheet.
Expo Harvester – Cadmium Payments Now Available
Cadmium Payments is a centralized platform that allows customers to easily manage payment collection needs while prioritizing security across all Cadmium products. This month, Cadmium Payments is available in Expo Harvester to select customers.

Website – Time Zone Display Issues
We've resolved an issue where event times were displaying incorrectly in some cases. Our improved time zone system now ensures that times display accurately in your local time zone, with better handling of daylight saving time changes and expanded support for time zones worldwide. These enhancements provide more reliable and precise time calculations, so your event times should now display correctly regardless of your location or the time of year.
Survey Magnet – Honor System Credit Rounding on Certificates
We've fixed an issue where honor system credits weren't displaying with the correct rounding on certificates. Previously, while other credit values would round properly (e.g., showing "2.5" instead of "2.4738"), honor system credits displayed with extra decimal places. Now, all credit types on your certificates will display consistently with the rounding preferences you've chosen in the settings.
