Eventscribe Release 2024.04

Over the past month, we have identified and fixed a few bugs in the system and made some system improvements. The release includes an enhancement including updates to Onsite, Education Harvester, and Eventscribe Mobile App.

• Automatically select organization when there is only one organization in the dropdown

• Files in slot 2 will not publish to Eventscribe

• Unlocking Assessments via Admin Check in Module does not update transcripts for Users
• Presentation Notes Without Slides Printout Blank 

Onsite: Automatically select organization when there is only one organization in the dropdown 

When accessing Onsite, if a user is part of only one organization, that singular organization will be pre-populated in the organization dropdown.

Education Harvester: Files in Upload Slot 2 will not publish to eventScribe

When the ‘Accept/Reject’ option in the Upload\(Slides\)eventScribe is utilized, slides that were uploaded into upload slot 2 (with upload slot 1 left blank) and then marked as "Accepted,” the files were still publishing to eventScribe. This issue has been resolved and now only files uploaded in slot 1 will publish to eventScribe when marked as accepted. If nothing is uploaded to slot 1, and there are files in slot 2, these will not be published to eventScribe.

Mobile App: Unlocking Assessments via Admin Check in Module does not update transcripts for Users

When an Admin used the Check-in module within the Mobile App module to check in users to a presentation, the users’ status would change but they were not assigned the correct transcripts and the assessments in Survey Magnet would remain locked. This has been updated to allow Admins to manually check in a user and grant them access to the matching Survey Magnet achievement.

Mobile App: Presentation Notes Without Slides Printout Blank 

An issue where notes that did not have associated presentation slides would print out blank has been resolved. Now, all presentation notes will be printed both with and without associated presentation slides.
