Registration: Billing State and Country Displaying in Attendee Custom Reports

Billing State was displaying a value of 1 for all records, and the Billing Country field was blank. Now, the billing State and Billing Country are displaying correctly in the Attendee Custom Reports when “Show Billing Information” is checked.
