- Navigate to the Licenses page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Select the Add License button.
- Select Admin License - $0 from the dropdown menu.
LIMITED RELEASE
Lead Capture is available to select customers. If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information. If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.
In the Lead Capture Admin Portal, you can manually add Lead Capture Mobile App licenses for exhibitors without requiring payment. Licenses can be added individually or in bulk.
Add a Single $0 License
To manually add a single $0 license, follow these steps:

- Complete the Add Admin License form:
- Select the Company/Booth.
- Update the quantity of licenses to add for the company/booth.
- Provide a reason for adding the license(s) at no charge.

- Select the Submit button to assign the license(s) to the company/booth.
- Once saved, the assigned licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
NOTE
Only records with a type of 'License' will appear in the Company/Booth dropdown.
Add $0 Licenses in Bulk
To manually add $0 licenses for multiple booths at once, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Summary page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
- Select the checkbox for one or more company/booth records with the type License.
- Alternatively, use the checkbox in the column header to select all company/booth records.
- Select the Bulk Add Licenses button.

- Complete the Bulk Add Licenses form.
- Update the quantity of licenses to add for all the selected booths.
- Provide a reason for adding the license(s) at no charge.

- Select Submit to assign the licenses to the company/booth(s).
- Once saved, the assigned licenses will appear in the table on the Licenses page.
