Revoking a Lead Capture License

LIMITED RELEASE

Lead Capture is available to select customers.  If enabled for a customer account, you will be contacted by your Project Manager with more information.  If available to exhibitors, you will be notified by the event organizer.

Event organizers can revoke a Lead Capture Mobile App license that has not been activated. This may be necessary when issuing refunds or removing accidentally added $0 licenses. Once a license is revoked, it cannot be used in the Lead Capture Mobile App. Revoked licenses are not included in the total license count in the Summary table.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Revoking a license does not issue a refund to the exhibitor if the license was purchased. These actions must be taken separately. 

To revoke a license, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Licenses page in the Lead Capture Admin Portal.
  2. Use the checkbox to select one or more licenses with a status of ‘Not Activated’.
  3. Select the Revoke button.

  1. Select the Revoke button in the pop up that appears to implement the change.

NOTE

Revoking a license is permanent and cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

License(s) will remain in the Licenses table and on reports with a status of ‘Revoked’
