Worksheet Types

The Worksheets section of the Education Harvester allows administrators to access and export key presentation and user data in a structured, spreadsheet format. The instructions and descriptions below outline how to run each worksheet and what information is included in each export. To access worksheets, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Worksheets icon from the Education Harvester dashboard. 
  2. Click on the row of the worksheet you would like to access.
  3. Select the Run Worksheet button.

The following worksheets are available:

Co-Presenters

This worksheet shows the basic information for Co-presenter data. Co-presenters are users who are associated with a presentation but are not full Education Harvester users who can log in and complete tasks. It is important to note that most Education Harvesters do not have co-presenter data.

Worksheet E (Presentation Roster)

This worksheet shows a session-focused presentation roster with information regarding the session first. There will be one row for each presenter for a presentation.

Worksheet H (Roles with Session Information)

This worksheet shows a session-focused presentation roster with information regarding the presenter first. There is one line per presenter per presentation. Includes order and role for presenters. Roles can be modified to a role configured in Settings, but the order cannot be modified.

Worksheet A (Basic Presentation Data)

This worksheet shows information regarding presentations and miscellaneous associated fields such as title times, course, track, etc. There is one line per presentation title.

Worksheet E (Session-Focused Presentation Data)

This worksheet shows a session-focused presentation roster with information regarding the session first. There will be one row for each presenter for a presentation.

Worksheet G (Large Field Editing)

This worksheet is most frequently used for viewing and modifying the presentation’s abstract (Description) field. It also contains the “Presentations Authors” field which, when used, will contain the “author block” migrated from the Scorecard.

Worksheet B (Basic User Data)

This worksheets shows information about each user and miscellaneous fields associated with them. A users biography data is NOT included in this report.

Worksheet C (User Contact Data)

This worksheet shows a list of users with full contact data for each user. This data is displayed as one row per user.

Worksheet F (User Biographies)

This worksheet is a list of users and their basic biography information.
