Updating a Reviewer's Email

To update a reviewer’s email address or resend their access key, follow the steps below:

On the Reviewer Index page, locate and click on the reviewer’s row to open their profile.
Then, click the blue Edit button.

To send or resend login information and access key, follow these steps:

From the Review Index main page, click on the reviewer’s row.
In the pop-up window, click the blue Send Key link to email the reviewer their customized access key and login information.

NOTE

Use the Send Key option if a reviewer has lost their login credentials or if their email address has been updated and they need a new access link.
