Service Listing 19 - Professional Services

It is Cadmium's goal to enable a Customer to use the software independently.  However, if a Customer finds themselves needing supplemental services by skilled professionals that are proficient in the Eventscribe platform, the below listed services are available for purchase.  Professional Services are offered per module for a single designated event and are available in blocks of four (4) hours.  Effort estimates can be provided by Cadmium prior to order execution.  Services not listed are outside the scope of this agreement.  Delivery of Professional Services is subject to availability.  Professional Services must be included in a signed order form, and itemized per module, or are otherwise not included.

Available services are listed below, but is not an exhaustive list.  An executed order for Professional Services must itemize included services.

Important Notes

  • Services listed in this document are grouped by product and include a pick list of services that are offered by the Cadmium team, but an order must specify services that are being purchased for each product.
  • The Customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all data and configuration details.
  • Successful delivery of Professional Services may be dependent on involvement by Customer including providing clear instructions about requirements.  Cadmium service providers will seek clarification where needed.  Consultations and time spent on requirements definition are included in allotted hours.
  • On-site support activities are excluded from this agreement.
  • Unused hours are forfeited and may not carry over to other modules or events.

Service Activities

The following is a menu of Professional Services available for purchase, with a brief, general description of each.  The delivery of each service may be tailored to suit the needs of the Customer.

Professional Services (Abstract Management System)

Available services include:

  • Adding submission types
  • Configuring submission or review tasks
  • Organizing review groups
  • Adding reviewers
  • Setting review assignments
  • Configuring the login page
  • Drafting email communications to submitters/reviewers
  • Entering or updating data
  • Setting final decisions
  • Supplemental software training for a Customer's admin users

Professional Services (Speaker Management System)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist in configuring the login page
  • Configuring tasks
  • Drafting email communications to presenters within the module
  • Formatting data to be imported using Cadmium's import template
  • Uploading presentation files collected externally
  • Entering or updating data; or exporting content for preservation purposes
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users

Professional Services (Registration)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist in configuring registration form to reflect needed registration requirements
  • Drafting email communications to registrants within the module
  • Configuring custom reports using tools within the module
  • Completing bulk uploads to add or update data; or configuring badges
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users.

Professional Services (Logistics)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring setup files (Rooms, Buildings, Layouts, Resources, Resource Bundles, Function Types)
  • Creating functions to match a provided schedule
  • Assigning resources
  • Uploading layout diagrams; or generating tear sheet reports
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users

Professional Services (Exhibitor Management System)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring the login page
  • Configuring tasks
  • Formatting data to be imported using Cadmium's import template
  • Entering or updating data
  • Creating an exhibitor Prospectus document
  • Drafting email communications to exhibitors or sponsors
  • Generating financial reports using tools in the module
  • Editing or remapping a floor plan diagram
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users.

Professional Services (Website)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring the navigation menu or tile screen
  • Drafting email communications to users within the module
  • Configuring Audience Response System (ARS) options
  • Configuring content restrictions using access levels or unlock codes
  • Adding or editing data
  • Creating or formatting Static Pages; or uploading and linking videos for user consumption
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users.

Professional Services (Posters)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring the login page
  • Configuring tasks
  • Drafting email communications to poster presenter within the module
  • Formatting data to be imported using Cadmium's import template
  • Uploading poster files collected externally
  • Entering or updating data
  • Configuring poster display on the Website and/or Mobile App; or exporting content for preservation purposes.
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users.

Professional Services (Mobile App)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring the Tile Screen
  • Formatting information pages
  • Configuring custom browsing pages
  • Configuring Audience Response System (ARS) options
  • Uploading maps
  • Drafting or scheduling push notifications
  • Drafting email communications to attendees using the module
  • Importing users or staff members; or entering or updating data
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer’s admin users.

Professional Services (Survey Magnet)

Available services include:

  • Cadmium will assist with configuring tasks
  • Creating quizzes or evaluations (questions must be provided by the Customer)
  • Formatting certificates
  • Configuring content restrictions
  • Entering or updating data
  • Configuring display of continuing education credits in Website or Mobile App; or drafting email communications in the module.
  • Upon request, Cadmium will provide supplemental software training for the Customer's admin users.
