Service Listing 22 - Lead Capture: Partner Managed

Eventscribe's Lead Capture is a powerful, mobile-first lead retrieval solution designed to help exhibitors quickly scan attendee badges, qualify leads with custom tags and notes, and export data instantly for timely follow-up.  With built-in offline functionality, and in-app statistics, Lead Capture ensures accurate, actionable data and a streamlined experience for both event organizers and booth staff.  While other Lead Capture contract types are supported; this document describes services associated with the Partner-Managed option.  When managed by a Partner, the Customer contracts with one of Cadmium's service partners who assumes responsibility for administrative configuration, along with selling and supporting Cadmium's Lead Capture functionality.

Important Notes

Cadmium's Lead Capture solution is dependent on company and booth data in Expo Harvester and is accessed from within it.  If not otherwise a component of a Customer's total event solution, the Expo Harvester will be provisioned for data management purposes only.  The solution is also dependent on Eventscribe QR codes appearing on attendee badges, produced using Cadmium's Registration module.  Services for dependent products will be provided in accordance with respective Service Listings.

For Partner-Managed Lead Capture, Cadmium's responsibilities are as follows:

  • Enabling Lead Capture functionality.
  • Providing technical assistance for third-party vendors using a Developer Kit API (upon request only). Service requests must be submitted to integrationservices@gocadmium.com.

Services not listed are outside the scope of this agreement and may be depicted in an agreement between Customer and Cadmium's Service Partner.
