Exhibitor Schedule

For a Complex Exhibitor List, adjust the "Expo Hub Intro Title."  This field controls the text displayed on the main page of the Expo Hub.  Some information to consider including:

• A brief overview of the exhibitor hall
• The number of booths present
• The exhibitors participating
• Basic operating days and times
• What you hope attendees will take away from the exhibit hall

On the Settings page, locate and select "Labels" under "Expo" in the left-hand navigation panel.  Type or paste the desired text into the "Expo Schedule Intro Title" field.

Below the introduction, adjust the label for "Expo Hall Hours".

To add schedule items to display below "Expo Hall Hours", locate and select the "Content" icon at the top of the page.

On the Content page, select the "Expo Schedule" tile.

The Expo Schedule page will display any existing schedule items (Fig. 5).  To adjust how they show on this page use the "Focus" button.  To add a new schedule item, select the "NEW SCHEDULE ITEM" button in the top-left corner of the page.

In the pop-up window, input the following details:

• Date
• Start Time and End Time
• For color fields, use the color-picker tool or input a hex value.  For a custom hex value, visit W3Schools Color Picker.  For black text, use '#000000'.

If the new schedule item should appear in the Mobile App under "Expo Hall Hours," select "Show Hours" from the "Schedule Type" dropdown.  Then, select the blue "ADD ITEM" button.  Repeat these steps for all additional schedule items.
