Below are items that guide you through the differences in exhibitor data and the display options within the Mobile App.
Expo Hub (Exhibitors Tile)
The Mobile App should be configured to use a Complex Exhibitor List if the Floorplan has been previously mapped in the Exhibitor Harvester, and you are planning on showing exhibitor data in the App. When using the Complex Exhibitor List, the Expo Hub landing screen is the default screen a user will see after selecting the 'Exhibitors' tile. In addition to the landing screen, the app will also show links to the Booth List, Hours, a Floorplan, and a direct link to the Home Screen.
The Mobile App should be configured to use a Simple Exhibitor List if the user should only see a list of exhibitors, without any additional information, after selecting the 'Exhibitors' tile. The Simple Exhibitor List should also be used if an Expo Floorplan has not been mapped, or if a mapped Floorplan should NOT show on the Mobile App (Fig. 1).

The following steps will walk you through how to configure either a Complex or Simple Exhibitor List for your Mobile App.
To configure the appropriate Exhibitor List, navigate to the ‘Settings’ page from the App dashboard (Fig. 2).

Within the Settings page, select ‘Expo’ then ‘Quick Start’ from the left-hand navigation panel. For either a Complex or Simple Exhibitor List, make sure the first drop down for 'Include Exhibitor Data in the App?' is set to "Yes" (Fig. 3). In addition, please confirm with the Mobile App Team that the appropriate Settings to show exhibitor data in the App have been configured on the back end.

For a Simple Exhibitor List, toggle the second drop down to "Yes". For a Complex Exhibitor List, keep the drop down toggled to "No" (Fig. 4).

For either Simple or Complex Exhibitor Lists, choose the appropriate selection from the drop down for showing logos or badges in Browse By’s (exhibitor listings) (Fig. 5). A logo is specific to the company, whereas a badge is way to acknowledge a company using a different graphic, such as a sponsorship level. These graphics must first be uploaded in the Expo Harvester before they will show in the Mobile App.

Be sure to select the green 'Save Changes' button before moving on (Fig. 6).
