Setting up Scavenger Hunt

On the "Add-Ons" page of App module, select the "Scavenger Hunt" tile from the first row of Add-Ons (Fig. 1).  If the module is grayed out, and you believe this Add-On has been purchased, please reach out to the Mobile App Team.

On the next page, select the "ADD TASK" button toward the upper left-hand corner of the page (Fig. 2).

Complete the following fields within the pop-up window for the task.

• Title - How the question will be identified.  Suggest using the exhibitor name or the exhibitor name and booth number.
• Question - The question being posed to attendees.
• Points - The number of points the question is worth.
• Time Between Attempts (seconds) - Set for how many seconds you want users to have to wait before attempting to re-answer an incorrect question.
• Instructions - Supplemental text for the question, if needed.
• Once complete, select the blue "ADD TASK" button.

Once "ADD TASK" has been selected, you will return to the main Scavenger Hunt list page.  Next, select the row for the newly added task and select the blue 'Edit' button from the row pop-up (Fig 4).

Complete the following fields within the pop-up window task editor.

• QR Scan Mode - Use this field to identify whether a QR scan is required before answering the question.
• Sponsoring Company - If the participating company is in your Expo Harvester, select them from the drop down so that you can deliver results of the attendees who answered their question.  Please work with your Expo Harvester Project Manager if companies are not displaying within the drop down.
• Correct Answer - Identify the correct answer by selecting the corresponding multiple choice option.  Our system only supports ONE correct answer.  However, you may choose to have, for example, choice D be both A and C.
• Multiple Choice Answers 1-5 - Input the potential answers for the attendee to choose from.
• Logo - Upload the exhibitor logo.  600 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall.  The logo must have a transparent background.
• Once complete, select the blue "SAVE CHANGES" button.
