Next, select the "LEADERBOARD" button to view a real time list of winners clocked in by the second that they earned the most points. A report will load in your window showing all attendees who have used the Scavenger Hunt and their achievement data. You may also access the leaderboard from within any page of the Scavenger Hunt add-on.
Navigate to the Scavenger Hunt page by selecting the Add-Ons icon then select the Scavenger Hunt tile (Fig. 1).

On the main Scavenger Hunt list page, locate and select the "Pages" button toward the upper left-hand corner. Then, select the 'Scavenger Hunt Achievements' button (Fig. 2).

On the 'Scavenger Hunt Achievements' page, each question will be listed as a drop down that displays all achievements for that question. Select the row for the question to open the bucket of achievements, or use the "EXPAND ALL" button to open all buckets for all questions (Fig. 3).

From the dropdown options, select "Achievement Data." This will open a spreadsheet where you can view the data associated with each question and export this spreadsheet to Excel.

The next step is to wipe the leaderboard achievements after testing ALL of the Scavenger Hunt questions in the Mobile App. Return back to the Scavenger Hunt achievements page and select the "EXPAND ALL" button to open all buckets for all questions. Then, select the top check box to select all achievements. Within the footer, select the red "Delete Achievements" button (Fig. 6).

Next, locate and select the "Worksheets" icon (Fig. 7).

Search "scavenger hunt" within the search bar. Select the row for the "Scavenger Hunt Achievements and Points" worksheet. Then, select the "Run Worksheet" button within the pop-up window (Fig. 8).

Change all cells beneath the 'Achievements' and 'Points' columns to "0." Make sure all cells flash to bright green before navigating away from the page (Fig. 9).

The last step is to reach out to your Project Manager via Boomerang to run the Leaderboard Zip file to synch the data with the Mobile App.
