Eventscribe Release Notes
December 2024
This month we are excited to announce the release of Cadmium Payments in Scorecard. This month’s release also includes product enhancements and essential bug fixes.
Included in this release:
Registration
Scorecard
Education Harvester
Registration - Add Option Popup in Self Service Updated
The Add Option pop up in self-service has been updated so that the display of the purchase method buttons and the credit card information fields are separated into 2 pages. Previously, any available purchase method buttons, as well as the credit card information fields, were all displaying on the same page as the line-item selection. This created confusion, because credit card fields were marked as required, but were not actually required if, for example “Pay with Purchase Order” was selected as the purchase method.
Scorecard – Cadmium Payments now available
Cadmium Payments is a centralized platform that allows customers to easily manage payment collection needs while prioritizing security across all Cadmium products. This month, Cadmium Payments has been rolled out to the Scorecard application allowing Scorecard users to make use of the new application.

Education Harvester - Copyright/Permissions Task not respecting Build Code 2 and 3 Filters
The copyright/permissions task allows you to display presentation and user information with select hotkeys. Previously, tasks were still showing all presenter’s presentation data when hot keys were being used and not respecting build codes 2 and 3 filters that was set at the task level. The logic of this page has now been updated to respect the build codes 2 and 3 filters set in the task and users will only see presentation information for the presentations that users are on with a specific build code value in build code 2 and 3.
